The Great Swap is Vaib’s trade-in campaign. Bring your old blender or juicer, any brand, working or not, to a participating swap point near you. A store representative runs a quick on-site power and safety test, classifies your appliance as Working or Non-Working, and applies a fixed trade-in value as a direct discount on a new Vaib appliance.

Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the “The Great Swap” Trade-In Campaign (the “Campaign”) organized by Vaib. By participating in this Campaign, customers (“Participants”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Campaign Period and Eligibility
1.1. The Campaign is valid only at authorized participating retail outlets and swap locations.
1.2. The Campaign is open to all residents who possess an old blender or juicer, regardless of the brand, age, or condition (subject to Section 2).
2. Trade-In Item Criteria (Valuation)
2.1. Participants must bring in their old blender or juicer appliance to a designated store representative for evaluation.
2.2. Appliances will be classified into two operational categories after a mandatory on-site power and safety test by a store representative:
- Working: The appliance successfully powers on and functions safely.
- Non-Working: The appliance fails to power on, or possesses safety hazards such as severely frayed or taped power cables.
2.3. The store representative’s evaluation of the item’s condition is final and binding.
3. Pricing, Promotional Discounts, and SKUs
3.1. The trade-in value of the old appliance will be applied directly as a deduction from the standard retail price of a brand-new Vaib appliance.
3.2. The discounted pricing tiers under this campaign are fixed as shown in the Pricing Tiers section above.
3.3. This promotional pricing cannot be combined with any other ongoing discounts, vouchers, or concurrent brand promotions.
4. Transfer of Ownership and Finality
4.1. Once a pricing tier is agreed upon, the Participant must be issued an Invoice.
4.2. Upon signing the invoice and completing the transaction, ownership of the old appliance immediately and irreversibly belongs to Vaib.
5. Data Privacy and Collection
5.1. To finalize the transaction, Participants are required to provide verified personal details, including: Full Name, Contact Location, Email Address, Phone Number, and Date of Birth (Day and Month).
5.2. All collected data will be handled securely in compliance with applicable data protection regulations and will be utilized strictly for customer relationship management, warranty tracking, and official brand updates.
6. Warranty and Returns
6.1. All new Vaib appliances purchased through this Campaign come with a full manufacturer’s warranty covering performance and technical components as specified in the product documentation.
6.2. Standard return and exchange policies apply to the new Vaib appliance, except that any approved refunds will only equal the actual cash amount paid by the customer (the Campaign promotional price), and will not include the return or cash value of the traded-in old appliance.
7. General Limitations
7.1. Vaib reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Campaign, or alter the pricing structures at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Stock availability is subject to allocation at participating outlets. The Campaign runs while stocks last.
